Delivery & Store Pick-Up Guidelines

Instructions

Store Pick Up Instructions - All orders must be prepaid with Visa/MasterCard

 

Order processed after payment confirmation only.

Please specify which store location you wish to pick up from.

Pick up will be ready after 2pm next business day when processed. You will be contacted by phone & email when order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Time:

10:00 – 6:30PM Mon-Sat

11:00PM - 3:30PM Sun

 

Home Delivery Instructions - All orders must be prepaid with Visa/MasterCard

Orders Below $60.00 - $10 Delivery Fee

Orders $60-$100 - $3 Delivery Fee

Order over $100 - Free Delivery

All deliveries done on Wednesday & Friday between 9-6pm. Orders must be submitted and paid at least 2 days before delivery day. You will be contacted by phone & email to confirm delivery day.

CONTACT-FREE DELIVERY

Please ensure someone is available to receive product. Drivers will contact the customer upon arrival, leave order at requested location and wait from a safe distance to ensure order has been collected.

If unsuccessful, product will be available for pickup or there will be a separate $10 delivery fee. No refunds on undelivered product.

Delivery only for city of Edmonton residents. Not including surrounding municipalities such as St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Stoney Plain.

REFUND POLICY

Limited Refund Policy. No refunds on fresh and frozen goods unless received expired or visibly damaged. Packaged dry goods will only be accepted for refund if sealed in original packaging and within 15 days with receipt.
